Why we bother
Small businesses here run on the owner's own evenings. The work that eats those evenings — the replying, the chasing, the posting — is the work that machines are finally good enough to do.
We want that time back for the people who own these businesses, without asking them to become the kind of person who manages software. So we do the building, and they keep the say over what goes out.
