Tell us what's eating your week.

Not a form you fill in and never hear about. A message to two people, answered by one of them.

Message us

However you already message people.

[ Messenger link — needs the Facebook page handle ]
[ Viber link — needs the business number ]

Worth knowing before you write

You will get a real answer

Including "no, that is not something we would be any good at". We would rather tell you that in a message than after you have paid us.

You do not need to know what you want yet

Describing the part of the week you dread is enough. Working out which of the eight that is, is our job.

Where we are

The Philippines. We will work with a business anywhere, but this is the market we actually know.

Or plain email

yabsssai@proton.me

Write it here instead

Four boxes. It opens your own email app with the message ready to go — nothing is stored on this page.

Or write to yabsssai@proton.me directly.

Before you write

The questions we actually get.

What happens to the messages and files we send you?

They are used to do the job you asked for and nothing else. Not sold, not used to build something we sell to somebody else, not visible to another client. The how-we-work page has the longer version, including the part we have not finished publishing yet.

What if it gets something wrong?

That is what the approving is for. You see the kind of thing it produces before it is allowed to send any of it, and it is set up to stop and ask rather than guess. When something does slip through, you tell us and we fix the rule, not the one message.

What if the two of you disappear?

A fair question about a two-person business, and the honest answer is that it is a real dependency you would be taking on. We do not dress that up. Ask us about it directly — it changes how you would want the arrangement written.

Is this a subscription I sign up for online?

No. It starts with a conversation about the actual work, and what it costs gets decided there rather than by picking a tier on a page.

How much is it?

Quoted per business, and that is not a dodge — the same service is a different amount of work for a two-person shop and a fifty-person one. Tell us the shape of yours and you get a number.
