How we work
You see it before anyone else does.
The short version: we build it around how you already work, you check it before it touches a customer, and it asks you whenever it is not sure.
The way a job goes
Four stages, and you are in all four.
- 01
We watch how you do it now
Before anything is built. Usually this is you talking us through a normal week and us asking annoying questions about the bits you do without thinking.
- 02
We build it and you break it
You get it early and deliberately rough, on your own real examples rather than a demo account. What you tell us is wrong at this stage is the most useful thing in the whole job.
- 03
You approve, and only then does it go live
Nothing reaches a customer of yours without you having seen that kind of thing go out first. You decide what it is allowed to do on its own and what it has to bring to you.
- 04
It runs, and it knows when to stop
When it meets something it was not set up for, it does not guess. It waits for you and tells you it is waiting.
The final say
What it never does without you.
This is the part of the line at the top of the site that costs us something. It would be easier to sell a thing that just gets on with it.
- It does not quote a price you have not set.
- It does not promise a date you have not agreed to.
- It does not post anything you have not seen the shape of.
- It does not answer a complaint. Those come to you, fast.
Your data
Where your things actually go.
Stated here rather than left for you to find out by asking twice. Where we do not have a final answer yet, this page says so instead of guessing.
- 01
We do not sell it, and we do not train on it
Your messages, your customer list and your files are yours. They are not sold on, not handed to an advertiser, and not used to make something we sell to somebody else.
- 02
One client cannot see another
Your business is kept separate from every other business we work with. Not filtered out of a shared view — kept apart.
- 03
No middleman we do not control
We write the connections to your accounts ourselves rather than routing your things through somebody else's hosted service to save us a week of work.
- 04
You can ask for it back, or ask us to delete it
Any time, without explaining why, and we do not treat it as a negotiation.
There is a short list of companies whose tools do part of the work — the AI itself, the hosting, the sending. We are not publishing a list we have not finished checking, so ask us and we will tell you exactly who is on it for the service you are buying.
To report something you think is wrong with our security, there is a security.txt with the address on it.
Still the fastest way to find out is to ask.
Bring a real week. We will tell you what of it we could take.
