Built
Everyone says they build AI systems. Here are ours.
Every claim on this page is either running on it or deleted from it. None of this is a mockup and none of it is a client's work - it is what we built to run our own business, which is the only honest proof we can offer before we have built yours.
Websites
One firm, not one house style.
A site that reads like it cost ten times what it did - and a different treatment for every brand, rather than our template with your logo on it.
The thing to take from this grid is range. Each cell is a different technique, running live - hover, tap or focus one. The site you are reading is built from the same library.
The checking layer
The part nobody demos.
You will be told when something we built is wrong - by a machine, before you find it yourself.
Anyone can generate. Almost nobody can tell you when the generation is wrong. These are the tools we built because we did not trust our own output, and they are the least copyable thing we have.
The documentation auditor
in useReads our own written documentation and asks one question of it: does the system this describes actually exist? It reports every claim it could not match to something real.
We built it because our own documents had drifted ahead of our code. Yours will too.
The numbers ledger
runs dailyEvery figure we publish has to trace to a command that re-runs and produces it. Figures that cannot are deleted, not footnoted.
It is why there is not a single statistic on this page.
Rendered-output checks
runs dailyTests that drive a real browser and measure what a visitor actually sees - pixels and layout, not markup. Built after a review passed a page that was, in fact, hard to read.
A check that cannot fail is not a check.
Agentic workflows
Work that happens while you sleep.
The job runs overnight. You approve it in the morning, and you decide what it is allowed to do on its own.
A system takes a job that used to need a person at a keyboard and runs it on a schedule, with a human holding the approval. This is the category most businesses want and most agencies describe vaguely.
Our AI operating system
runs dailyThe thing that runs this company. Routing across five domains, a set of specialist agents, a written memory of every decision and why it was made, and a knowledge base the agents read before they answer.
We teach from something we operate every day, not from a course we took.
A pipeline framework for long jobs
in useMulti-stage jobs that survive being interrupted. Each stage writes its own artifact, so a failure at step six does not cost you steps one to five, and a rerun picks up where it stopped.
Most automation breaks the first time something goes wrong at 2am. This is the answer to that.
Local transcription
in useSpeech to text running on our own hardware rather than a third party's API - calls, meetings and voice notes turned into searchable text.
Recordings of your business never leave a machine we control.
Graphics
Pictures, without the licence question.
Campaign visuals at volume, with no per-image licence and no stock subscription - and nothing that looks like it came from a prompt box.
Produced on our own machines with models we are licensed to use commercially. Owning the pipeline is why we can say yes to volume without the cost scaling the same way.
Image generation, in-house
in useA generation pipeline running openly-licensed models we are permitted to use commercially, on our own hardware, with a quality check before anything is accepted.
No licence question hanging over anything we hand you.
Diagrams and figures built to spec
in useCustom graphics grounded in real references and rendered in code rather than described once to a model and shipped as-is.
The difference between a diagram of your process and a picture that resembles one.
Motion and video assembly
built, in trialStills turned into continuous camera moves, frame sequences wired to scroll, and a repeatable assembly step for short-form video.
The moving parts of this site came out of it.
Research
We read the papers.
When a decision turns on whether a claim is actually true, we can go and find out - with sources that check out.
The deepest thing on this page, and the furthest from a typical agency. It is here because it is what makes the other three credible: a firm that can read primary research can tell you when the confident answer is wrong.
Literature triage
in useSearch across more than twenty academic sources, then a single structured note per paper recording the dataset, the metric, the baseline it beat and how it was validated.
Market and competitor research where every claim traces to something you can open.
A built science curriculum
in useA written course running chemistry into biology into neuroscience into signal processing, with a build gate that refuses a lesson that does not meet the format.
Proof we can take a subject from nothing to teachable - which is what onboarding your team is.
Independent verification
in useA second pass whose only job is to check the load-bearing claims of the first against primary sources, with no stake in the original conclusion.
The answer you get has already been argued with once.
Still to come
[ the 14 documented case studies - folder not delivered yet ]None of this was bought. It was built, broken and rebuilt.
That is the whole pitch. If you want to know whether we can build something for your business, the fair test is whether we built ours.
